Driveway Reconditioning

Driveway reconditioning is the process of restoring and improving an existing driveway — usually a gravel driveway — to get it back in good shape without fully rebuilding it. It addresses common wear-and-tear like potholes, ruts, erosion, or compacted surfaces.

  • Scarifying/ Loosening the surface with a power rake

  • Removes potholes and unwanted vegetation

  • Addresses drainage

  • Often times can be done without the need of new gravel simply by resurfacing up the old materials

  • Add new gravel as needed

  • Compacting to improve durability and driveability

What its NOT:

  • It's not a full rebuild or new driveway install

  • It's not just spreadubg new gravel on top (that's short-term)

  • It's a reworking of the existing base to restore the structure and performace of the driveway
